Right in the Sassi. Wow! We felt like we were in the middle of a movie set. While the apartment was a bit hard to find with Google Maps we finally found our way and was met by the host. The apartment had a shared little kitchenette so we could put something in the fridge. The room was quite lovely with views over the Sassi, it was awesome at night. The location was very good and while we only had carry on luggage we did get a taxi back to the train station as the cobblestones and the uphill walk back were challenging. Aside from that, everything was very satisfactory with the apartment. Now about Matera. We got there early, and spent the day exploring the Sassi, enjoyed a wonderful dinner closeby and Wandered the Sassi again at night. For us that was enough but I could see how some might prefer a two night stay and explore more. I'd recommend La Scala Suites highly. NOTE! while it is not the properties fault, the Sassi has lots of stairs and hilly in the area. Be prepared with good footware, and charge your phone for pictures. It's beautiful!!!

Todo! La vista desde el cuarto , y desde el baño era una foto perfecta de los sassis .
Súper cómodo y amplio el cuarto , y lo mas importante , un Self Point 24 hs para comprar agua o todo tipo de bebidas y snacks.
Giovanna super atenta en asistirme con toda la información de datos para comer y Tours .
También de frente a la salida están todos los restaurantes de la zona de Sassi Caveoso ! Mas no se podría pedir ! Simplemente PERFECTO ❤️

Absolutnie wszystko. Świetny kontakt z obsługą, położenie pokoju, świetny dostęp, blisko wszędzie. Absolutnie nie ma na co narzekać.
