Good air con Good wifi Large bathroom

No natural light - had to keep curtains/shutter closed for privacy as immediately outside other residents are coming and going and sitting on outside seating. No lamps, had to have curtains closed and florescent lights on - does't feel like France! Very minimally equipped kitchen In need of some upgrade/decoration in parts

The landlord gave us really detailed explanation on how to reach the property and collect the keys. The apartment is located in a really quite street close by the city center of Arles (15' walking distance) and has all the comfort needed for a short stay, I recommend!

The room space is very wide.

The near house is empty,so bush is very hard. The mosuqites are found inside the house! Please take care of this problem.

Pleasant stay in Arles

The silence of the place, the shower, the fully equipped kitchen and the light!

The bathroom door was broken and once inside you were unable to exit unless someone opened from the outside. The sliding door between the bedroom and the living room was not sliding so as to limit the privacy

Niente improponibile per 4 adulti ( cosa che era stata comunicata un precedenza). Il divano letto dondolava e cicolava. Per andare al bagno solo passando dalla camera da letto senza porta divisoria ,dalla camere si vedeva il lavandino ,ottima riservatezza!!!. Prese a muro non in sicurezza

Quelques points de sécurité électrique : la lumière dans le carré de douche et certaines prises électriques à mieux installer La douche: à rénover. Les cloisons sont ''fatiguées'' Les branchements de siphons fuient.

Décevant. Pourtant, il ne suffit de pas grand chose pour rendre ce logement bien plus agréable

Le grand lit de la chambre à coucher était confortable. L'emplacement du logement à +/-15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La petite cours verdurée devant la maison est agréable. Endroit calme et stationnement sécurisé présent sur le domaine privé.

La canapé lit n'était pas du tout confortable. Certains problème électrique ont rencontrés comme le câble de la plaque à induction à moitié fondu dans la cuisine rendant l'utilisation de l'appareil impossible. La lunette du WC cassée. Des lumières défectueuses. Des finitions (par exemple au niveau des prises) non soignées. Le canapé-lit vétuste et peu confortable également.

Un petit appartement très bien pour quelques jours de visite de la ville.

Les dosettes de café et de thé ainsi que le savon et le shampooing a disposition ont été de belles surprises. L'appartement était propre.

Il y a un problème avec la douche, il n'y avait que la petite douche qui fonctionnait et elle ne tenait pas bien dans son emplacement.

Era un chalet con estancias muy amplias y un patio ideal. Además del aparcamiento gratis.

Hay que coger el coche para llegar al centro de la ciudad que está muy cerca pero no tanto como para ir andando si no quieres perder tiempo

L’appartement est en fond au calme L’endroit respire la tranquillité et la sécurité L’équipement de la cuisine est simple mais suffisant pour un court séjour Le lit est confortable et la chambre ouverte sur la salle de bains est un plus

Arnaque

Le logement est spacieux.

La propriétaire envoie des messages longs, assez désagréables et tellement mal écrits qu'on a bien du mal à comprendre comment accéder. Heureusement, il s'agit probablement de la voisine, qui vient même s'il est "interdit" d'aller sonner chez elle. Les instructions de parking sont aussi un vrai poème. Le logement est assez propre mais tout est mal bricolé, moche, abîmé et sans doute pas aux normes. Et depuis longtemps, malgré les remarques des clients. Bref, vous êtes là pour rapporter de l'argent sans aucun effort, ne pas vous faire remarquer, et sortir vos poubelles. Franchement, allez ailleurs.
