Staff molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra domanda, la comunicazione sia tramite what app e sia di persona é stata eccellente, prima e durante il soggiorno. Ottima pulizia della stanza “Charlotte”, presenza di presa elettrica accanto al letto e tv, con asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Presenza di Un armadio con cassaforte, sedia in camera e mobile dove appoggiare le cose. Avevamo anche un balcone che affacciava sulla strada con sedie e tavolino e appendiabiti. Nel bagno era presente il sapone per le mani. Letti comodissimi e posizione eccellente, a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e praticamente in centro. Un saluto alLa signora Romania che é stata sempre super gentile e disponibile.

Non funzionava il frigo bar in camera e avendo chiesto assistenza non è stato aggiustato, ma non é stato un problema perché abbiamo usato quello della hall. Mancanza di prodotti per la doccia, bagnoschiuma e shampoo La colazione è disponibile ma un po’ anonima

На центъра е. Много удобна локация. Чисто и приятно! Прекрасно кафе от машината! Като цяло много ни хареса стаята! Благодарим!

Закуската беше слаба, имаше само вода, кафе и намерихме някакви кексчета в шкафа! Кафето беше прекрасно!

Perfect location in a city centre, near to all the great attractions and shops.

The lady that was there was super nice and helpful! The place felt like home!

very good location, clean and tidy, although the bathroom could use a refresh (ceiling). well-functioning air conditioning

no breakfast, which is a joke in a facility called Bed&Breakfast. the room lacks many amenities that were included in the description (e.g. coffee machine, ironing equipment). the room is definitely not soundproof - hear screams from the street even with the windows closed. service quite annoying in asking about the time of check-in (which we didn't know until catching the train from the airport) - as it turned out later, it's because the reception there doesn't really work, and the English-speaking team is present only at the time of check-in. then there was no trace of the service and we only saw a local lady keeping the facility clean, who did not speak English (so she was not helpful in answering questions).
