The lady that was there was super nice and helpful! The place felt like home!

The bed was the best 😁 finally i slept well, it not happen often.

It is close to the city center, comfortable mattress, nice and clean bathroom, the AC works perfectly. The view to the hills from the balcony it’s beautiful. The staff answers to all your questions and they are really helpful. You have self chek in which is a big plus for me. Also they let us deposit our backpacks for a few more hours after check out, which we appreciate a lot.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something, but if you would like to improve customer’s experience you could add some cheap disposable slippers, maybe 2 glasses and 2 little spoons. Also, while the cleaning was ok for me, I sure know some people that would freak out about not being clean enough. Like the scratches on the walls that could be easily removed and the bedspread didn’t seem to be freshly washed.

no breakfast, which is a joke in a facility called Bed&Breakfast. the room lacks many amenities that were included in the description (e.g. coffee machine, ironing equipment). the room is definitely not soundproof - hear screams from the street even with the windows closed. service quite annoying in asking about the time of check-in (which we didn't know until catching the train from the airport) - as it turned out later, it's because the reception there doesn't really work, and the English-speaking team is present only at the time of check-in. then there was no trace of the service and we only saw a local lady keeping the facility clean, who did not speak English (so she was not helpful in answering questions).
