Appartment has everything you need, it's nicely done and I would say in rather high quality.
It has a nice balcony if you like drinking coffee outside, has kitchen with all main stuff you'd need, enough wardrobes for your clothes and other stuff.
The owner was reachable easily if you have any queations.
Check out was till 1pm which is rare on places like that, so really grateful for that.
The only negativity was noisy, uncomfortable and old sofa-bed. I think anyone laying on it would say that it's completely worn out and it's time to change it. Since it's old, we didn't dare to fold it so that we could have a comfortable sitting area. There is no such if you have the sofa done.
And one more thing - you'll need to sign the rent agreement which claims to be made in 2 copies, but you only sign one which stays with the owner. Also, it asks to fill in your personal document number which in 98% of my bookings are not asked, so I always question this requeat for data which goes who knows where.

Bardzo ładny i funkcjonalny apartament. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Super lokalizacja.Kawiarnia , lodziarnia na parterze. Parking bezpłatny na przeciw budynku.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Gorąco polecam.

Nuostabi vieta, jauki studija, pagalvota apie visus svečių poreikius. Erdvus vonios kambarys. Itin didelė virtuvė, apsistojant ilgesniam laikui, būtų patogu ruošti maistą.
Nepatogi išskleidžiama sofa - įdubusi, girgždanti.
