It was a pleasure to receive a call from owner in advance - to clarify the time of arrival. The apartment is big and convenient place for the family accommodation. The beds/matrasses are comfortable - have had a real rest.
Description of apartments are detailed (for example, we were looking for apartment with the microwave - don't be confused with the fotos with absence on something). The additional wardrobe room (not mentioned on foto of 2-bedrooms apartment) is a nice bonus (especially in case of long-term accommodation).
Apartment are fully equipped with towels/soaps/kitchen accessories (sponge, Fairy, garbage bags, etc.).
It was very easy to check-out. The time for check-out is very comfortable and extra-long in comparison with other apartments - it's a great benefit!
Fotos are not really the latest ones and mixed between types of apartments (there is no microwave on fotos, so have had some concerns before arrival if it is in place as described, but fortunately, it was).
Kitchen is not equipped with spoons/forks, however there are enough dishes, cups, pots, etc. The absence of kitchen hood is a reason to avoid much cooking (not sure if it will be comfortable with smells without hood inside, however, there is a ventilation switch).
The beddings were placed only on 2 beds, but there were no extra beddings for sofa (however, it was mentioned by owner that there are places for 6 persons). Not critical in our case for 4-persons accommodation.
Free parking zone nearby is very small, so places could be busy by other visitors of the house - the option is to wait for free places or to park far from the house (could be a case for families with small kids).
