IL MARE DI OLBIA Holiday Apartment

Nice appartment with a small terrace and calm garden in a small residence. Well furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms. The host is making available a lot of equipments there you just need to come with your luggages and enjoy sunny Sardinia. Always available in case of issue they are very professional. There is a shower available in the terrace very very convenient when you are back from beaches. I would definitely recommend this accomodation. This is conform to description and very convenient as just like 5 min away from the airport. You live in the Marina neighborhood very calm and pleasant to walk there. More you are max 15 to 20 min to most of the beautiful beaches and there are a lot there... Olbia city center is 6 min away by car and there is a parking spot available there.

Bad Internet connectivity in the flat we had reccuring disconnections with the local WIFI network availble. There is an issue there so make sure this is fixed before getting there. I thought it was my mobile phone first but all our familiy had the same issue. Hot water issue during 2 days as the boiler had a battery issue. When you arrive there make sure to check it if you see a warning blinking light it means they need to be replaced and you can do it on your own or ask the host as we did. Litters and Garbage. I like Olbia approach on segregating the wastes however they are very strict. You have sortation rules displayed in the flat but after few days I realized that there were no collector within the residence and you have to drop your sorted bags to the local drop points like 200 meters away. There is a guad checking what s in your bags and make you sort them if not done correctly. That s what I did the first time and you can imagine if food is mixed with other materials not really a fun party Parking: There is not a dedicated parking spot for you and you can access another free parking like 50 meters away. However limited spots like 10. Most of the time this is full so you can park at the marina parking (free) always found spots there but it was june not sure it will be the same the summer. This is not allowed to park in the street along the residence.

Ubicación ideal. A menos de 10 minutos del aeropuerto y en un radio de 30 minutos hay infinidad de calas y playas preciosas. Centro comercial a 5 minutos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio a la llegada, junto con una decoración acogedora. 100% recomendable.

Creo que los colchones se pueden mejorar, pero no es problema, en absoluto.
