The location is central with everything you need in the surroundings. The apartment was nicely styled with artwork and beautiful windows with natural light. The host was very responsive and informative.
I did not find the bed comfortable. It was squeaky and felt quite old. The bathroom and kitchen needs some maintenance.

La ubicación está fantástica, la entrada y salidas sin inconvenientes. Paradero fuera del edificio y muy cercano a varios atractivos, como lugares para un rico almuerzo, línea de metro, cafés y todo solo a pie.
Personalmente tuve un desajuste con la hora de entrada. Solicité ingresar antes, la respuesta no fue rápida, por lo tanto me ocupé en otras cosas mientras, lo que generó que el anfitrión me tuviera que esperar más tiempo de lo acordado.
Una de las fotografías del edificio aparece un mural que está en la siguiente cuadra, lo que me desvió del verdadero paradero.

- La disponibilité de Rodolfo (il parle français, ce qui peut être utile)
- Le quartier est top, proche du métro Bellas Artes et de nombreux restaurants à proximité
- Wifi excellent
- Le linge de lit, les WC sont propres mais le reste (surtout les rideaux et la paroi de la douche) devrait être sérieusement nettoyé. Au global, l'appartement mérite un sérieux rafraichissement.
L'appartement a du potentiel et du cachet mais en l'état, il ne donne pas envie de s'y poser.
