Although the building looks unassuming from the outside, the apartment itself is excellent in both location and layout. It has two separate bedrooms, plus an additional room that can also be used as a bedroom, separated from the kitchen and hallway. The kitchen is well equipped, and they even provided a few coffee capsules to get us started. The apartment also has working air conditioning, and the building has an elevator. Communication with the owners was very good.
Unfortunately, there is some dampness on the walls in both bathrooms, although this is quite common in this type of old building. The TV does not offer streaming services.

It has mold in the bathrooms and the water is not hot ever.

Carino l’appartamento, ma in un bagno la doccia non era funzionale: si allagava tutto anche aprendo poco l’acqua. Non vi era neanche una bottiglia d’acqua per accoglienza o qualcosa per stuzzicare. Il palazzo è fatiscente, l’ascensore peggio. L’ultimo giorno, di ritorno dalle terme, dalla doccia scorreva solo acqua fredda e non siamo riusciti a fare neanche la doccia. Punto a favore: supermarket vicino casa. Zona isolata ma non troppo.
