It is located on Ion Brezoianu street no. 47-49, Liric Building, 8th floor, University Square area, city center, old town, entrance to Cismigiu park, in a block of flats. Private flats.
Liric Condo Building has elevator. You have another set of steps from the elevator to the entrance of the apartment.
The studio apartment is composed of: sitting area - bedroom with queen size bed, elegant bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, a big terrace and a surprising view.
Maximum number of people accepted, for accommodation, regardless of age: 2 people.
No parties allowed. Quiet hours in the building: 2pm - 5pm. And 22pm- 08am.
Check in: starting at 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Check out: until 11:00am. If you want to check in or check out at other times than those mentioned, please contact us. Additionally, late or early check-in carries an additional fee of 20Eur. After midnight: 30Eur.
There is no reception so it is important to inform us about your arrival time.
For check in procedure please have with you the identity card. Registration Form will be filled out.

From the airport you can reach the city center by taxi or by bus 100. From Bucharest North Railway Station, by taxi or by metro.
About heating: Liric Building has its own heating system, with preset temperatures.
Please take into account that the apartment is located in the center of the capital and parking spaces are not guaranteed and are not easily available, until after 5 pm.
However in the square in front of the building there are paid public parking spaces. Price: 8Eur/24h. SMS payment. Safe and guarded parking.
