Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location

The apartment was very spacious with many facilities including TV, kitchenware, Oven, stove, sofa and others. It looked very beautiful with old European style decorations. The location is amazingly good. Just 5 minutes walk from the main station and just on the river with the view from the windows. The owner is very kind, helpful, and always available via phone or WhatsApp.

The drainage in the bath had some problems getting the water out. But not an annoying problem as I've seen this in most properties in Germany.

Nikolaiblick Wismar

Uns hat die Wohnung auf Grund des Flairs und der Lage sehr gut gefallen. Da die Wohnung direkt über dem Mühlenbach liegt, genießt man durch die großen Fenster einen herrlichen Blick auf diesen und die Nikolaikirche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet aber besonders hat uns das Vorhandensein einer Siebträgermaschine gefallen. Ein sehr guter Tip war die Parkmöglichkeit am Bahnhof mit dem "Guten Morgen Ticket".

Es gibt nichts Negatives nur eine Ergänzung: in der Küche wären ein oder zwei kleine Küchenmesser nützlich.

Tolle Lage, nicht für Menschen mit Angst vor kleinem Getier.

Perfekte Lage Freundliches Personal jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar Aufteilung der Räume. Sanitär Einrichtungen Topp. Toller Ausblick. Ruhe im Haus und Umgebung.

Viele ekelige Spinnen, dazu viele Spinnweben in der ganzen Wohnung. Wir haben an 6 Tagen eben so viele spinnen entfernt. Dazu anderes Getier. Natürlich altes und feuchtes Haus. Trotzdem nicht schön. Vielleicht sollte man überlegen diese punkte in der Beschreibung der Wohnung zu erwähnen. Die Fenster schmutzig und außen voller spinnen. Dadurch kaum lüften möglich. Manche technischen Geräte wie Waffeleisen funktionieren garnicht oder wie Backofen wackelig. Pflanzen eher als Alibi Schmuck im Zimmer (dann lieber unechte Pflanzen anbieten) Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für 4 Personen und 6 Nächte. Selbiges bei Mülltüten. Wir haben überall danach gesucht und nichts gefunden. Keine Grundgüter wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Backpapier in der Küche. Wir haben jetzt Salz und Toilettenpapier in der Ferienwohnung für die nächsten Gäste gekauft und da gelassen.

Einfach großartig!

Wir konnten schon früher in die Wohnung. Dafür haben wir den Verwalter Alexander angerufen. Alexander war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Nikoleikirche ist bezaubernd und die zentrale Lage unschlagbar. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben die Übernachtung hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!
