Die Ruhe, der Salzwasserpool, die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, das Anwesen, die Sauberkeit, es war alles perfekt.
Die Kinder hatten Spaß der Hund konnte sich frei bewegen ohne Leine weil das komplette Gelände eingezäunt ist.
Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr nett.

Michele and his wife were very nice and super welcoming! The house and the garden are exceptionally clean and well taken care of! The garden is much bigger than it is shown on the pictures and the whole property is fully fenced which is excellent if you are travelling with a dog. The house is also very nice in summer time when it gets really hot in Italy, as it is situated on a mountain it is always a little cooler and there is a fresh wind.
It would be helpful to provide a private mobile phone number of the owner on the booking website since we had some difficulties reaching them to communicate our time of arrival. Other than that everything was perfect!

A wonderful fairytale house in the middle of a wood, "Il Ginepro" is a perfect location for peace and relaxation. The area is totally private and is well-kept and welcoming. The pool area is very inviting, although the water was rather chilly (The teamperature was 25-26° when we stayed). There's a BBQ & Pizza Oven and 3 different outdoor areas where you can eat. There's also a separate laundry unit and a small vegetable plot with herbs etc. The whole area is surrounded by lavender and rosemary bushes.
The house has all the essentials and the kitchen is very-well equipped (toaster, kettle, microwave, dish-washer etc) plus there are plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The bed was really comfy and we slept really well.
The temperature drops quite a bit in the evening and it was quite windy, so bring some warmer clothes(we forgot to!). It would also be good idea to bring plenty of insect spray.
Il Ginepro is about 20 minutes drive from Cortona, which is stunning. There's a bar/restaurant less than 10 minutes drive away. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return!
Everything was great! The only criticism is that the bathroom is a bit cramped- it wasn't a problem for us but it would probably not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
