Star Artic hotel staff and the setting of the hotel is what makes it such a unique place to enjoy the exceptionally beautiful Finnish landscape. Place at the top of a hill you get mesmerising 360 views of the sun setting over the village below. The food and service are of such a high standard, making it such a memorable stay. Jamie in particular went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I loved it so much I’ve already made plans to visit again in 2027.

That it had the highest viewpoint in the area made even better by having an observation tower. Excellent restaurant. Very good breakfast. Super helpful staff including the excursions office.
One of the heated overhead glass panels in the cabin did not work. The other 3 worked very well. The inclines on the roadway should have been salted or sanded better. The surface was slippery and potentially dangerous.

Location, activities and suits, personnel organising the activities were nice. The views
Steep stairs in the room to access the bed with low ceilings, not clean enough, no common place with tea and coffee for guests,
