Very good location, you can feel safe there, the room is nice and match the description, comfy bed and good working WiFi
It’s a bit loud because of the restaurant located close to the rooms, no kettle in the room, no room service (our room has only been cleaned once but the towels were not even changed)

It was simple and clean, just a walk away for the center of the city
It didn't have any kind of kitchenette things or mini fridge. It could have had more attention on the details, but for one night, it was perfect.

Location
There was a weird smell when we walked into the room. We aired the room out, but the towels and linens had the same smell. WiFi wouldn’t work.

location was ideal for us with a car and we rented bikes which we were allowed to leave stored indoors. much appreciated.
The one contact (woman) we had was friendly and helpful, otherwise we never saw anyone. They are also busy servicing the restaurant.
many things. the worst was the BATHROOM. there is no ventilation (fan) and the window is probably often closed. it is accessible to the roof, so would be easy to enter apartment through the window. perhaps that is why it is closed. it was also difficult to open. the showers floor is SQUISHY(!)(dry rot?), the showerwand's holder is broken (basically must hold it), there was no soap in the holder, the sliding doors on shower are broken, the soap at the sink is the broken container from the shower (perhaps)(functional, but ugly). AND it SMELLS of mildew in the whole room--bath & bed rooms, unless the windows are open. (I had plenty more photos to document...could only add 4.)
Open the windows...without any screens invited the flies to join our party!! so many flies.
There is a kitchen but not all normal supplies are found in the drawers & shelves.
The hygiene side was also sketchy. There were long black hairs on the walls of the bathroom. Upon arrival I saw a super messy utility room...kind of a weird scene.
