We were told it would be no problem to book in early at midday initially- but on the day we were told we had to pay £10 per additional hour Also we would of liked them to help call us a taxi, they did not offer to call one, or give us a local taxi number small rooms - no window in bathroom so very hot

It was a pleasant stay with an excellent location. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Abdul Wahid for his outstanding hospitality and exceptional service throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the warm welcome and professional care provided by the staff. This memorable experience will stay with me for a long time, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Good value for money, and the ability to book and have a decent room for the same day was great. Decent bathroom, facilities were good, enough to make a decent meal if needed! Very large room, very clean. Lift access to all rooms. Very nice outside space.

The carparking situation is a nightmare, really tight, very small car park. Most modern cars wouldn't really fit easily, and there's no space to turn around if there are no spaces, you have to reverse out. I clipped my wing mirror going in, so had to fold them in and blind reverse out which is not ideal! I also really don't like a contactless check in, but that is very much personal opinion.

Location of the property is great

1) Weekend breakfast from 9am is poor - 7am minimum should be the standard. 2) The lack of Air conditioning is a real issue during the summer, making is very uncomfortable to sleep. A fan is provided but it isn’t the best. 3) The blinds on the window were broken.
