Die Wohnung ist perfekt und sehr grosszügig ausgestattet. Die Grösse des Appartements ist angenehm. Die Lage ist ideal mit Hunden. Rundum gibt es Wald mit Spaziemöglichkeiten. Sogar Rehe vor der Terrasse konnten wir beobachten.
Alles ist sehr sauber🤗
Preis-Leistung ist absolut fair!

Einfach alles, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kontaktaufnahme beim Check In ind Check Out.
Die Gegend ist unglaublich schön, wir waren fast nur unterwegs in diesen wunderbaren Bergen. Toll ist es auch, dass man mit der Arosa Card nicht überlegen muss, ob man die Bergbahn benutzen möchte oder nicht. Auch die Fahrt mit der Räthischen Bahn nach Chur eat ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Klare Empfehlung!

Es war eine ausserordentlich schöne und ruhige Lage, jedoch muss man den relativ weiten Weg zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kauf nehmen.
Das Bild zeigt den Block vom Balkon aus.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten an der Einrichtung waren nicht in Ordnung, was aber nicht schlimm war.
Wir haben Anleitungen zum Betrieb des TV und des Geschirrspülers vermisst.

Good value, great with shuttle service as the property is a bit off the main roads. The spa, pool and sauna great as well as the gym.
Should have had access to washing machine. Better music system desired. Shuttle should run till 2000
