Charming place that needs technical renovation.
Location, friendly owner, price was relatively ok, old but charming building.
- The heating makes a lot of noice when it turns on. That makes it noisy in the kitchen/living room, and goes with ticking piping in the bedroom in the early morning. - No dish washer.

Nice location with two separate bedrooms
Very good location between station and Untersee; very quiet; close to bus station; very nice host, good infrastructure (Raclette, Fondue, even plenty of sledges!)
The living room was quite small with no table, TV in the kitchen, the heating installation was sometimes quite noisy (but you'll get used to it)
