Der Gastgeber war SEHR freundlich. Da wir etwas Zeitdruck hatten, haben wir gefragt, ob es möglich ist, früher den Check-in zu machen. Der Gastgeber hat sofort geantwortet das er sich gleich meldet, wenn das Zimmer fertig ist. Und das tat er auch!!! Gerne wieder, wenn ich in der Nähe bin.
Für ein Apartment in der Preisklasse war es Gut. .

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, modern equipment, and many cozy details. Everything was exceptionally clean. Despite being close to Zadar Old Town, the area was peaceful and quiet with no city noise. The host was very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Location met my expectations fully. I would recommend this stay for people coming by car. The apartment has a private parking in front. If you are coming to visit city center, it's not "walkable" per se, but it is easily reachable by public bus line. The neighborhood is very quiet.
The only minus point that I have is that the heater in the bathroom didn't work.
