Location met my expectations fully. I would recommend this stay for people coming by car. The apartment has a private parking in front. If you are coming to visit city center, it's not "walkable" per se, but it is easily reachable by public bus line. The neighborhood is very quiet.
The only minus point that I have is that the heater in the bathroom didn't work.

Bardzo czysto w apartamencie. Wyposażenie dobre. Dość ukryty więc nie jest gorąco jak się wróci po całym dniu. Klimatyzacja działa. Duży smart tv. Przed apartamentem linki na pranie i stolik z krzesłami do posiedzenia. Za rogiem piekarnia, Lidl i Kaufland. Blisko do portu gdzie można wsiąść na prom.
Dość daleko od centrum Zadaru żeby iść na pieszo, ale są autobusy.
