Great place to relax and discover the park of rhe Großglockner

Location is great, super comfortable and you find everything you can possibly need inside the property.

The fact that I have been charged for the electric consumption, 22€ for 3 days, where I went to the flat only to sleep, I find it very expensive. I can also understand that's a way to reduce the waste of energy, but not staying inside if not for sleep, 22€ felt too much

Superb

The room is a bit small but cosy and functional. It is equipped with full kitchen stuff, so that we can cook a full meal with ease. The view from the balcony is top!!

We haven't been informed before that we have to get charged extra for the electricity we use. So please keep in mind that you have to take a pic of the electric meter before and after you stay. So the hotel staff will come to calculate and charge you the electricity. For one room, 2 nights, we paid around 26 euros. The rest is perfect😍

The apartment was very modern looking and had everything we needed (the kitchen is very well equipped). It also offers a parking space in the garage, and it’s located in the very city centre.

In the description there was not mentioned that the electricity tax is payed separately.

I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back, but only during the summer.

Quiet, nice, well equipped apartment with everything you might need. Nice view from the balcony to the Alps. The owner is very helpful, was nice to talk to. The center of Heiligenblut is just 5 minutes walk away.

Electricity charged additional. Everything is on it. Hot water, heating, cooking. I had no ideas what I would pay. It cost me 12EUR for 5 days, and I got back to the apartment to sleep only. I ate away. It disturbed me a lot. Not the fee, the idea. 5 days during the winter, with your family easily can cost you 100EUR, I think. It is your choice to rent an "expensive" apartment with all known costs INCLUDED. Electricity costs can surprise your budget, and you even can pay a quarter of the rent for it. This is how a fair price becomes expensive.

The view from the appartment is stunning. Everything super clean, very Nice kitchen with everything available. There is no bed, but the sofabed is good! We had such a Nice stay.

Exceptional

Apartment is really amazing. There is everything you need: coffeemaker, balcony with amazing view to Großglockner,there is a washing machine and dryer downstairs (you have to take a key and buy a coin). Supermarket and guesthouses are 2 min away. I really recommend this apartment!We will definitely come back!

A sífelszerelés szárításával volt gond. A lenti tárolóban nem volt sícipő szárító, és az appartmant sem volt erre felkészítve. Az le volt írva, hogy az áramért külön fizetni kell, de az nem volt leírva, hogy a fűtés is árammal megy.

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Appartement in Zentrumsnähe mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir waren begeistert. Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen und fußläufig nur wenige Minuten zum Ortszentrum entfernt. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, jederzeit erreichbar und äußerst unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das viel diskutierte Bett ist groß und richtig bequem und innerhalb von einer Minute verwandelbar. Somit hat man tagsüber ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Wir finden diese Lösung perfekt, gerade wenn man sich im Winter länger innen aufhalten möchte. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Una breve vacanza perfetta!!!

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, ben curato nell'arredamento e nella pulizia, grande balcone attrezzato con tavolo e sedie e vista magnifica sul Grossglokner...nonostante fosse specificato che non c'era un garage coperto per l'auto visto che nella struttura eravamo gli unici ospiti ce ne hanno assegnato uno senza costi aggiuntivi.

l'unica cosa che aggiungerei è un bollitore più grande, ma è solo un piccolo particolare che non cambia il mio giudizio sulla struttura.

Sauber, modern, gutes Internet

Wir haben uns zu diesem Objekt im Vorwege Fotos angeguckt und Rezensionen durchgelesen. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Internetzugang war kein Problem und stabil. Wir konnten sogar diverse Streamingdienste mit eigener Anmeldung in Anspruch nehmen, kein Ruckeln zu vernehmen. Die Schlafcouch war leicht aus und einzuklappen, wir haben jederzeit gut geschlafen. Zu betonen ist die Sauberkeit, selbst in den Schränken war es Tip Top. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, durchdacht und funktionell. Vielen Dank für alles.

Das Haus ist wohl in den 70er Jahren gebaut worden und das hat man auch gemerkt. Es war zwar sauber, aber die Flure, Treppenhäuser usw. sind ins alter gekommen. Uns hat gestört, dass wir die Koffer vom Erdgechoss ins 1. OG schleppen mussten, der Aufzug war erst ab 1. OG verfügbar. Dieses hat aber nichts mit dem gebuchten Appartment zu tun, denn das war top und modern ausgestattet

Appartement qui pourrait être parfait avec une bonne literie et des formalités qui pourraient etre beaucoup plus simples

Le canapé lit déplorable, quel dommage !! Attention pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes de dos. Les formalités d’arrivée et de départ beaucoup trop compliquées surtout si on ne parle pas l’allemand. L’appel obligatoire à la personne qui s’occupe de la location est très compliqué quand on ne parle pas la même langue et pourrait être remplacé par une arrivée autonome comme dans les 4 autres logements que nous avons eu sur notre parcours ce qui éviterait également un hors forfait téléphonique même par whatsapp. Le formulaire de séjour pourrait également se faire en ligne comme partout ailleurs et l’électricité pourrait être incluse dans le prix total comme partout ailleurs également .

Top Preis Leistung in bester Lage

Tolles kleines Appartement mit gemütlicher Ausstattung, schöner Küche und vielen nicht selbstverständlichen Dingen wie Spülmaschinentabs, Handseife, Salz und Pfeffer... 5 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt, wo es auch frische Backwaren gibt und 5 bis 10 Minuten zu allen wichtigen Geschäften, Restaurants, Kirche im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt direkt zur Auffahrt auf die Großglocknerstraße. Hatten einen Mehrtagespass und konnten so dort wandern, die Ausblicke genießen oder Ausstellungen besuchen. Hat sich total gelohnt. Wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Kirche vom Balkon. Das Appartement liegt im 3. Stock, mit Lift ab der 1. Etage erreichbar. Parken durften wir sogar in der Garage, wäre aber auch unkompliziert draußen möglich. Dort gibt es auch Schlüsseltresore und alle nötigen Instruktionen von der netten Hauswärterin Bernadette. Das Haus selbst ist eine Mischung aus Privatwohnungen und vermieteten Appartements. Der 70 iger Jahre Charme der Hausflure ist echt ulkig, trübt aber überhaupt nicht den Eindruck dieser schönen Wohnung.

Ein zweites Kissen pro Person wäre grandios gewesen.

Meine Bewertung der Lage (2 Punkte) bezieht sich nicht auf die geografische Lage. Das ist toll! Die Leere des Gebäudes, das die Wohnung als Oase enthielt, war anfangs beängstigend. Nach dem ersten Eindruck war das nicht mehr verwirrend, aber ich würde in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft einen Hinweis darauf vorschlagen, welche Neuankömmlinge vorbereitet sind.

Lage ist fantastisch mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Berge und den Kern des Ortes. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar in weniger als 5min. z.B. Skilift, Supermarkt oder Restaurant. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, was mir bedenken gemacht hat war das zum schlafen nur ein Klappsofa zu Verfügung gestanden hat, ABER diese wurden nach der ersten Nacht verworfen….!!!! Super bequeme Schlafcouch…!!!! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend in allem Belangen…!!! Kommen sehr gerne wieder….!!!!

Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist das wir wieder nach Hause fahren mussten….
