Appartment can be recommended for families with 2 children or 4 friends

Appartment is quite big, I can recommend this for accomodation of a family with 2 children. We were surprised with e.g. availability of coffee (and other adds for cooking) in the kitchen. It is just next to the slopes - so you need to do 10 steps and you are on the slope - very good location. Perfect owner of the appartment, our every ask was fulfilled without problems.

Maybe the toilette connected with kitchen (there is just a curtain) could be as a disadvantage, but in fact it was not a big problem.

It was a lovely ski closing weekend. We loved everything, the owner, Karin is very nice amd friendly. It was great!

Close quarters living with your neighbours right next to the slope

The host, Karin was very friendly and communicated with us exceptionally well right after booking the accomodation. The apartement is right next to the slope, literally the skislope is in your backyard, 50m away. Amazing views from the apartement glocknerleitl.

You can hear everything your neighbors say, literally every word, so you get up in the morning when your neighbors do and you go to sleep when your neighbor does. It would be only fair to somehow inform the guests about this before booking, since the neighbopuring apartements even have doors interconnecting them (locked ofcourse). So you have a door in your bedroom leading to your neighbour. This apartement would be good to rent if your friends rent the other apartement, otherwise it is really annoying. :( A microwave oven would be a really nice upgrade.

Lovely apartment with a wonderful host

Karin is a wonderful host and we enjoyed meeting her. We really enjoyed our stay near the beautiful Grossglockner mountain. The apartment is very cosy furnished. Books and decoration really give you the feeling you are in at home instead of a apartment. In addition, the view on the Grossglockner makes you want to stay!

You will probably hear your neighbours in the other apartment. However, this has not been an inconvenience for us. The road to the house will be better marked in the near future, the road itself is challenging with a 'low floor vehicle' (for instance, an electric car).

The apartment was nice, big and very comfortable. We felt very welcomed by the owner. The location is great; right next to the ski slope. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment is also very friendly for kids. We enjoyed staying in Heiligenblut. 🤗

The ski slope is literally outside the door, so is the gondola station. The village center is just a step away. It is very comfortable and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Great apartment for Großglockner

Location was perfect for exploring Großglockner mountain pass/glacier and Zell am See. Many walks available out of Heiligenblut am Großglockner if don’t want to drive. Stayed in lower 1 bed apartment which was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 dogs), was with steps going down from parking space and a small garden. Enter front door into kitchen, with bathroom (bath, WC and shower) off of kitchen, large lounge/diner and bedroom with small terrace off of it. Lots of windows for air and light.

No dishwasher or washing machine but not an issue for 1 week in summer. We went to a laundromat about 40 mins away passed Zell am See (4 euros per wash and 4 euros per dry) to wash clothes or ask Karin’s Nephew who has a washing machine nearby.

Wspaniała przygoda w sercu gór

Przede wszystkim wspaniała pani gospodarz - miła, pomocna i z poczuciem humoru. Świetna lokalizacja, przy samym stoku narciarskim. Blisko do centrum, w pobliżu restauracje i sklep. Cisza i duże, wygodne łóżka sprzyjają wypoczynkowi. Przestrzenny apartament z dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania.

Przechowalnia nart: zamiast drewnianej budki na zewnątrz warto pomyśleć o czymś ogrzewanym wewnątrz budynku. Na szczęście apartament oferuje dużo miejsca, swobodnie mieści się również sprzęt narciarski

Sehr ruhiges umgebung, Heiligenblut is wunderbar. Ausicht vom Haus an de Gebierge ist wunderbar. Betten sind bequem. Ganzes Haus ist sehr nett, freundlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet.

De ligging en het was zeer ruim

Er stonden heeeel veel spullen in het appartement waardoor het rommelig oogt.

Excellent

Locatie is geweldig. 50 meter van het centrum van Heiligenblut. Maar toch rustig. Fantastisch hardlopen en hiken naar de Bricciuskapelle, Satleralm, Trogalm. En nog veel meer. Host is geweldig. Zorgt dat alles naar wens is en houdt de vinger aan de pols om te zorgen dat je het naar je zin hebt.
