Miejsce w garażu podziemnym, lokalizacja w centrum Funchal, 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki dają komfort, czystość. Na wyposażeniu była pralka. Apartament jest na parterze i ma własny ogródek, co pozwalało na śniadania na dworze.
Apartament wymaga wielu napraw, bardzo słabe wifi, musiałam kupić podstawowe środki czystości (worki na śmieci, płyn do naczyń). Apartament jest stary, łóżka niewygodne (choć to subiektywna ocena). Nie rozumiem wyposazenia typu niedziałający telefon stacjonarny ;)
