Die ruhige Lage mit Seeblick war wunderbar. Auch die Mückennetze in etlichen Fenstern waren sehr hilfreich.
Die Wohnung war geputzt, aber nicht sauber. Die Armaturen im Bad oder der Fußboden in der Küche seien als Beispiel genannt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles war sauber.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem typischen DDR-Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Treppenhaus macht einen furchtbaren Eindruck, Ostalgie pur. Das Schlafsofa im WZ ist total durchgesessen. Die Badewannenabtrennung ist ein Abenteuer, für Leute mit Behinderung ist der Einstieg in die Badewanne gefährlich. In dem Haus wohnen auch normale Mieter, gestört hat der laute Fernseher des mittleren Mieters, den hat man deutlich vernommen und das ging jeden Tag bis Mitternacht.
