There were a lot of unexpected roadblocks so we were late, fortunately the landlady was so kind to wait the extra time for us. Nice little place and the town itself is quite cosy, if you care to take a look around.

The room was a bit chilly and we never quite figured out the manners of the heating system.

Good for one time and short stay

The host was nice and came to hotel to meet me and provide keys. Bed was quite comfortable and wi-fi had a good speed. Good that room contained small kitchen.

The room needs a repair, carpet was old and with stains, there was only 1 lamp in bathroom, there was dark there, toilet and other bath staff may be replaced with more modern. Also there was some smell inside room. Hotel uses air freshener instead. The breakfast wasn't included to the room price and was absent at all.

The twin bed was very narrow but for one night OK but the single head cushion very very thin should be replaced by two good quality. Only one set of towels but we were two of us.

Chúng tôi ko thích điều gì từ căn hộ này trong kỳ nghỉ vừa qua , 1 nữ quản lý làm cho gia đình tôi rất áp lực và thật sự bức xúc 😡 Cô ta sẵn sàng chửi khách ko cần suy nghĩ liệu làm như thế có bị ảnh hưởng đến chủ kinh doanh không , chỉ vì tôi có con nhỏ về nhận phòng muộn 12giờ khuya nên con tôi đã rất mệt, và ngủ muộn 1 chút , khi nhận phòng tôi ko có thời gian xem giờ check out 11 hay 12 giờ trưa như những căn hộ khác , chỉ chậm trễ 15phút là 10 giờ 15,vậy mà cô quản lý gõ cửa rất gấp rút và quát mắng rất to tiếng khiến chúng tôi rất sốc , và con tôi rất sợ gia đình tôi rất buồn , chúng tôi cũng là chủ kinh doanh, tôi rất chú ý việc tiết kiệm Ga nước cho chủ kinh doanh, khi ra chúng tôi tắt điện và Ga lò sưởi , dọn thật dẹp sạch sẽ ) chú ý tất cả an toàn cho tòa nhà, đó là ý thức và lương tâm cơ bản , Nhưng khi ra trước cửa tòa nhà, Cô ấy lại quát tháo thêm 1lần nữa, mẹ tôi và gdinh tôi quá sốc quá bức xúc 😡 ) tôi chợt nghĩ ra, vì sao căn hộ giá rẻ hơn nhiều so với các căn hộ khác mà vẫn trống rất nhiều , nguyên nhân vì sao thì mọi người gặp rồi mới hiểu được sự bức xúc 😡😡😡😡😡 như chúng tôi , trong cuộc sống chúng tôi luôn được bạn bè xung quanh tôn trọng, sủng ái , vì gia đình chúng tôi là 1gia đình rất nghiêm túc và rất hòa nhã với tất cả mọi người, nhưng chúng tôi Gặp người phụ nữ, phục vụ khách hàng như vậy, khiến chúng tôi có 1ấn tượng cực kỳ cực kỳ tệ 😰🤯😡😡😡😡😡

Es war in kleinster Weise gemütlich. Wir haben nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns eine neue Schlaflosigk

Alles sehr dreckig, selbst der Kühlschrank war noch von den Vorgängern dreckig, in dem Zimmer stand sogar noch eine leere Schnapsflasche im Schrank, überall Spinnengewebe, Duschen extrem von Schimmel befallen Wasserflecken an der Decke über dem Bett, hellhörig, wir kommen jedes Wort auf dem Nachbarzimmer hören, altes Recht lieblos!

Kurzurlaub in Plaue

Es war eine saubere Unterkunft für 2 Tage Betten waren gut und das Badezimmer sauber mehr brauchten wir nicht für unseren Aufenthalt und würden es wieder buchen. Die Fahrräder waren sicher untergestellt und Parkplätze waren vorm Haus vorhanden

Schöne Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca 15Gehminuten entfernt, auch zum nahegelegenen See nur ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß Fahrräder im Innenhof abstellbar

Da wir uns für die Parterre - FeWo entschieden haben (separater Eingang), war es trotzdem ruhig. Leider fehlt hier einiges !!!! Es gibt nur das nötigste, Löffel Fehlanzeige ( für 2 Personen nur ein großer Löffel vorhanden) auch ist die Küchenzeile notdürftig . Kein Licht unter den Schränken… Türen lassen sich nur schwer öffnen bzw. gehen alleine auf. Tapete löst sich ( aufgrund eines Wasserschadens- direkt sichtbar) über dem Bett, Welches ebenfalls gebrochene Latten aufweist. Als Monteurzimmer oder für 1 Nacht machbar, aber für mehr nicht. Der Preis pro Nacht für 70€ nicht gerechtfertigt . 🤦🏻‍♀️

Wir waren von der Gegend sehr begeistert und konnten uns darum arrangieren.

Die Lage bei den Seen. Der eigene Eingang, also unabhängig zu sein.

Wir haben zu wenig Infos erhalten, z.B. über die Möglichkeit, sich auf der Terrasse aufzuhalten, oder wo muss der Abfall entsorgt werden, oder wo kann man nett essen oder Kaffee trinken. Es gab zu wenig Besteck.

Absolut enttäuschend!

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und der Checkin war unkompliziert telefonisch und mit Schlüsselbox möglich.

Das die Unterkunft nicht wie bildlich dargestellt im Haus, sondern in einer "Garage" auf dem Hof war. Scheinbar für Arbeiter gedacht. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, was leider dem Geruch nach nicht stimmte. Auch der Privatparkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung. Am Schlimmsten war dann noch die Ameisenplage, so dass wir statt 3 Nächte nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Dieses Problem war definitiv bekannt, denn es standen mehrere Ameisenköder in den Ecken.

Studio 103 - nie wieder

Nichts

Ich hatte Zimmer 103, ein sogenanntes Studio für 70 Euro/Nacht. Lüften kann man dort nur über Velux-Fenster in 4-5 Meter Höhe oder zwei Kippfenster, die aber nicht nach außen, sondern in den Putzmittelraum führen. Die Velux-Fenster sind nicht elektrisch, sondern nur über eine Stange zu bedienen. Das sieht man den maroden Griffen auch deutlich an. Man traut sich nicht, diese zu benutzen. Außerdem gibt es hier auch keine Rollos und man wird früh morgens von der Sonne geweckt, die dem Gast direkt von oben ins Gesicht scheint. Es war alles schmutzig, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank und dreckiges Besteck in den Schubladen. Das ‚frische’ Geschirrtuch war auch dreckig, vom Benutzen der Handtücher haben meine kleine Tochter und ich Abstand genommen. Schimmel in der Dusche, gebrochene Fliesen im Bad, keine Gaderobe, die Küchenzeile wurde von den vorherigen Gästen intensiv genutzt, was man der gesamten Umgebung ansieht. Alles in allem ein viel zu überteuertes Abenteuer. Es handelt sich um ein schäbiges Monteur-Zimmer, mit billigsten Möbeln. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Für Booking com ist diese Art von Unterkunft Rufschädigung. Das Zimmer ist im übrigen auf keinem der Fotos abgebildet.
