Location next to the hospital
Resection staff not answering the phone.
Room service does not exist, both reception and the room service did not answer the phone when we wanted to order supper. I went down to the restaurant to order and was told they do not have staff.
The arrival experience was disappointing as the little patch of grass in front of the hotel was not maintained and dirty.
