About this apartment rental

1 bedroom, 1 bath. 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size sleep-sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Mostly new furniture. Central HVAC. 2 elevators service 83 condos in the building. Electronic door lock so you are ready to enter your accommodation when you arrive in OC without a stop to a Real Estate office for keys. TV's in family room and bedroom. 18' of glass opens to the private balcony.
Close to dining, attractions, and the boardwalk which is 3 blocks away at 27th street.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Peak season rentals are 7-day, Saturday to Saturday. Off peak is a 3 night minimum.

Beautiful location right on the beach and at the end of the boardwalk. The view from the balcony was perfection. Nothing better than having a morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves crash. Property was very secure and clean. It really felt like home. Host was very communicative and accommodating. We will be back.

We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Access to the beach was so easy. I would definitely come back again.
