Kedves-barátságos hely. A tulajdonos kedves, tiszteletben tartja a magán szférát, én csak ajánlani tudom.

A házigazda nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szállás tisztasága kifogástalan volt. Parkolási lehetőség biztosítva volt az ingatlanon belül. A tervezett kirándulási célponthoz (Pécs) autóval gyorsan el lehetett jutni.
Nagyon "kollégiumi szoba" hangulata van a szállásnak. A szállás ára alulról közelíti egy jobban felszerelt, kényelmesebb apartman árát.

Jó lokáció, szaletli az udvaron
Hangosan zúg a bojler, a régi vízcsöveken hallani ha máshol megnyitják a csapot, vagy lehúzzák a wc-t. Fürdőn nincs ajtó, csak függöny. Hűtő nagyon hangos, nem lehet tőle aludni, hajnalban 4x keltem fel rá, végül kihúztam. A falak vékonyak a szomszéd gyerek keltett 7 kor. A berendezés a legolcsóbb, silány minőség.
