La Gaspara's Loft

A very pleasant place. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Estepona. About a 10-minute walk to the beach. The flat is very well equipped, comfortable and very spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, both dishes and basic products e.g. items such as olive oil, salt, sugar vinegar and tea are available. The bathroom has a more than full set of toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body balm, soap and towels. Lovely sea view. The flat is located on the ground floor of the house - the whole flat is cool even during the hottest weather (note: air conditioning is only available in the master bedroom, it is not available in the smaller bedroom, and there is an additional charge for using it 24 hours a day - but we were there at the hottest time of the year and did not turn it on even for a moment because there was no need). The garden has a full set of garden furniture, including a barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, pillows etc. The owner - Anne - lives one floor above (completely separate entrance), is very nice and helpful. There were welcome gift for us: cold water, beer and bottle of vine in the fridge - it was very nice surprise. Nearby: Mercadona, Aldi and several restaurants. A 40-minute walk along the promenade to Estepona – perfect for an evening walk. Very important note for those who want to park behind the gate: 1. Due to the slope of the street, there is a drainage channel along it within the gate - a car with higher suspension is necessary. 2. The gate is narrow and cars parked on the other side of the street (despite the 'no parking' signs) make it very difficult to enter the gate with a larger car.

Great location for Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar and close proximity to a never-ending esplanade walk to Estepona centre and beyond. Also walking distance to large supermarkets and fuel station. Lovely garden for humans and dog to enjoy. Massive open plan living area. In quiet residential neighborhood. Anne the owner provided a very good introduction to the accommodation and friendly ongoing communications. Secure off-street parking.

Wifi was quite patchy. Would definitely recommend for two persons and their hairy travelling companion.
