The location was fantastic. It was quite quiet. The neighbour who welcomed us was very friendly.

The owners are totally indifferent to their guests. It's not a problem that they don't speak English, they could smile, make people feel welcome and even use an online translator. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned (hair and dirt) and the bathroom mat definitely hadn't been washed for a long time. Under the beds, just dirt and dust (see photo). It was a studio, so all beds on one room with see-through curtains (see photo) so woken up too early. Finally, there was a Senseo coffee machine but who travels around with every type of coffee capsules or pods? It would have been kind to have left some for the guests.

Location at the lake is beautiful. The view is amazing. Swimming opportunity right in front of the house. Good water pressure in the shower. Our complaint was handled relatively well by the contact via phone (we were given an alternative room, so we didn‘t need to change location)

We arrived and encountered the same problems that are mentioned in a couple of reviews some months prior to our stay. Unfortunately the bathroom in the apartment is still smelling (probably a sewer problem), the light in the main room isn’t working, there was a lot of hair and dust on the ground and we even found an old toothbrush with toothpaste in the bathroom cupboard. After explaining this to the given contact via phone we got another room. The person on the phone did speak good English and was very helpful and friendly. The landlady herself, who didn’t speak any English, apparently wasn’t very happy with us complaining and gave us the feeling we did something wrong. The other room was better, but still there were sugar crystals and an old hairneedles on the nightstand and crumbs on the table. This is not our hygienic standard. All in all we were disappointed by our stay. Additionally to mention is that the pictures don’t resemble reality too much.
