Spiro is very warm and welcoming, he goes the extra mile for the visitors.

The guesthouse is located just outside of Lukove with serene views to the Ionian sea. It has a shady place in the garden, kitchen facilities and barbecue for the guests. The breakfast is balanced and delicious, keeps you hunger away for a few hours at an affordable price.

The property is wonderful. Everything is spotless. There is a great garden where you can sit by yourself or with others, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and laundry. The hosts are very lovely and welcoming. Welcomed us with great coffee and raki. great atmosphere!!

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the peaceful surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing place

We were a group of 6 people and we booked 2 rooms. We enjoyed so much our time in Xuxi apartments thanks to the kindness of all the hosts Lule Spiro Eli and Romeo. We felt just like home. Everything was in order and cleaned up. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from the dehor right above the sea. Breakfasts were unbelievably rich and traditional, every single product was bio and delicious. We parked our car right outside the structure. We went trekking down the hill to reach the sea, what a pleasure! It' s a 30 minute walk to the beautiful wild beaches beneath the hill. It's also possible to go to the Bunec beach by car, it's only a 1,5 km ride. I strongly recommend Xuxi apartments for those who want to have relax combined with fun.

The place is just perfect, soo clean and comfortable, the view it is just breathtaking, breakfast the best I ever had in Albania. People were incredible friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Close to the beach, easy to find, just next to the main road. They have parking.

Top location with a view

Very nice people, air conditioning, tv, internet. Very nice view. When we got here a pretty bad storm hit us but inside the appartements you could barely hear it.

Not a really big problem but you need to let the water run for a few minutes before you get a steady stream.

Friendly host, made us tea on arrival and helped with bus times. Nice place with outside space with good view.

As with other places in Albania, bathroom was clean had a bit of a whiff from the drain. Worth noting in the low season restaurants don't do food and the apartment has a fridge and plates but no cooking facilities, there are shops in the village.

Beautiful place ran by great people

This place is simply fantastic. The room was perfectly clean, the garden is beautiful (and has an astonishing view), and the owners are incredibly kind people. It clearly shows they put their heart in running this place. The food (we had breakfast and grilled food for dinner) was delicious. I have to say this is the best guesthouse I have ever visited, simply wonderful.

These apartments are very well positioned for exploring the Ionian part of Albanian Coast. They are extremely clean and functional. Breakfast, served in a garden with awesome views, is tasty and in abundance. Don't even think of eating elsewhere! On request they serve dinner as well. The family running these apartments, led by Spiros and wife Lule, are in a different league! "Consider it done" is their answer to any request directed to them! Highly recommend.

Excellent stay, I woudl love to come back next year!

Very friendly family running the house. The breakfast were really good and really good value for money. We had our own balcony, and nice spot for the breakfast and dinner. For dinner the family can also prepare many things, but the barbecue they made was excellent! Room was really clean, airconditioning worked well! And the beaches nearby are really excellent! Not crowded at all, with cristal clean water.

The property could be closer to the beaches, but we had still two nice beaches in 15 minutes drive.

Super Cleaned

The room is so cleaned better than a 5 star hotel and I highly recommend this place. It is really a nice room with earth colours and new structure. The shower has so much water pressure so it is really lovely to have a shower with so much water after a beach day. It has a beautiful view from the hills with olives trees to the sea. A BBQ is available if you want to use it. The owner's are really very friendly and they really work hard to keep everything perfect and to make us feel comfortable. They gave us some fruits from their trees. It is a quite place. You need a car to go to the beaches of Lukove, Bunec, Kakome, etc.
