A spacious room with a sitting area, a kitchen, a wonderful bathroom, and a bedroom upstairs. The balcony, which is in the shade most of the day, offers a pleasant view of a lively Italian street. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. Nearby, there's a pizzeria and restaurants, a grocery store with a variety of groceries, and other shops. Fruit, vegetables, and fresh fish are easily purchased. Serrapo Beach is a 19-minute walk (using Google Maps). Salvatore is an exceptionally kind and attentive host. He met us at the bus stop. When we needed some kitchen supplies, he brought them very quickly. A huge thank you to Salvatore for his care!

We didn't notice any particular attractions from the balcony, not a terrace. The bed was unusually wide, but the mattress sank a little on one side. Instead of a coffee machine, there was an Italian coffee maker, which makes excellent coffee. There was no electric kettle, and we didn't look for a safe. The Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable.

Ottima location, pulita e con un soppalco vivibile tranquillamente. Posto vicino al centro e allo stesso tempo non sulla statale, molto importante visto il traffico d'Agosto.. Salvatore molto gentile, sapendo che avremo avuto problemi a trovare un parcheggio ci ha portato il grattino settimanale x poter parcheggiare sulle strisce blu
