Posizione centrale., prezzo conveniente
Appartamento soppalcato con spazi un po' angusti per ospiti medioalti, migliorare qualche finitura interna o sistemare piccole imperfezioni, forse una porta di ingresso piu' solida darebbe maggior sensazione di sicurezza, mettere delle tendine po' piu scure per impedire il passaggio della luce esterna, materasso da sostituire.

Andrebbero messi infissi che coprono il rumore, dalle 05 del mattino entra luce e rumori della strada. Il frigo non è proprio attivissimo, ci ha fatto andare a male alcune cose, poi abbiamo messo tutto nel freezer che funziona come un frigo. Il phon non funziona
