I really liked the big yard, the property itself feels like home, you have everything you need inside, the ac is really great, really comfy bed, everything is so clean, the people are warm and welcoming, there is a beach nearby, shops, restaurants, also big parking in front of the property.

We loved the apartment. Especially the terrace is beautiful. The city center is just a short walk away. The contact persons were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. Enough space for parking.

Apartment Koin is great! The location is very good, everything was nice and clean, and we especially loved the comfortable and silent balcony. The owner was nice and amazingly helpful as we needed short fixing of the bathroom light - she was there in 10-15 Minutes and fixed it right away. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Excellent apartment with a great host

The host Sara was really kind and helpful. The apartment's location is great, you can reach the restaurants and the beach in just a few minutes. We highly recommend it :)

Everything was great, except that the power turned off a lot of times in our bathroom and clima stopped too when everybody started to use the air conditioning in the other apartments, but it did not bother us that much.

Great location, great value!

Very spacious, clean and bright. Great location, literally a minute walk from several great restaurants, 5-6 minutes from the "riva", 10 minutes from main city beach. Nice and quiet at night, no traffic noise at all. Beds are on the firmer side, which was great, quite comfortable. Two spacious balconies were a big plus. Free Wi-Fi!

Water heaters in each bathroom were quite small, only enough for one person to take a warm shower before needing some time to reheat. Not a huge issue, but worth noting. One bedroom had a malfunctioning AC so it took longer to cool, but also not a deal-breaker at all.

Place worth reccomending

I appreciate how host Sara was always ready to help! The apartament was specious and well equipped. Also there was No problems with klima and of course it was very clean there. The whole house has got the vibe that i was looking for. I’m glad that i chose this place to stay in Croatia.

Five days of sun, sea and relax!

The apartment is at 5 minutes walk to the sea, to the city centre and to the nightlife, so you don't need the car to move inside the town. The owner was very kind with us: we had a problem with the toilet on sunday evening and she did her best to fix it.

The place is full of mosquitoes. If you want to sleep at night, be sure to have a lot of bug spray with you! The bed was not very comfortable and clean.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Extrem nette Gastgeber. Es war alles sauber und der Parkplatz war direkt an der Unterkunft. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig zum schlafen Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strakd sind alle mit dem Auto / Fußläufig erreichbar.
