It is a house in itself with three bedrooms, two baths, one toilet, kitchen, few balconies and a nice yard with a Jacuzzi and bbq. Everything is well appointed and spacious. The location is inside an upmarket residential neighborhood and is easily accessible via bus/taxi from both airport and city side. Last but not the least, the owners are exceptional with a great attention to the tenants wellbeing. Despite we arriving late, she took the time to explain everything. Overall an excellent choice.
Nothing to dislike. But worth mentioning that the property is multilevel with steps and that could be an attention point for some.

very good location. house was clean and tidy. Emilia the owner was very friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi on the terrace was top. Recommend this place.
