Casa da Ria Formosa

Quiet location by edge of Ria, in a small local community. Accomodation was the best supplied of any we have ever stayed in - from TP and all cleaning supplies to salt, oil, coffee etc. Uber taxi to old town, boat/island departures or train station just 4 euros. Supermarket easy walking distance. Nice balcony to sit and view Ria. T here was good responses to questions from the hosts. Generous supply of fruit and some pastries provided. Fish restaurant close by but only open mid day so we never got to try.

Minor and personal - better pillows needed, single beds had bad creaking noises.

Beautiful apartment in quiet area

No real issues

Immaculately restored fishermans cottage with high spec kitchen and bathroom fittings. Amazing views from the house with excellent sun exposure on the upper terrace. The house is well equipped with excellent air conditioning and constant hot water. A very quiet location with a mix of modern and run down neighbouring houses. We found it really charming and loved watching the birds in the ria formoso and the planes taking off in the distance at Faro airport. One of the neighbours was lovely and friendly and even made us some sweets! It is near to 2 huge shopping centers and a bar/restaurant within 50 metres. Entry is via a door code and communication with the owners was excellent. We loved our stay.

Not a negative but sun loungers on the terrace would be our only suggestion to make the house even more perfect.

Ligging, rust (met uitzondering van de aangrenzende luchthaven).

Bijzonder weinig dat de host kan aanpassen, misschien wat meer glazen voorzien?
