Un WC à chaque étage * escalier Très bien, il y a 2 étages * douche / bain Très bien, facile d'accès, de l'eau chaude, pression d'eau moyenne * lavabo Très bien Très lumineux ** propriétaire Très sympathique et courtoise par écrit. Elle souhaitait nous rencontrer, malheureusement nos horaires ne correspondaient pas avec les siennes, mais l'intension était bien là.

Everything we required was provided, although toiletries were limited. In spite of the Wednesday market, parking was easy. Lassay was a lovely little town set in attractive Normande scenery. So refreshing to see preserved agriculture, fields full of cows and maize rather than solar panels!

Rather noisy on our first night, much quieter on the second. Of course, the French day starts with the opening of the boulangerie at 05.00! It was pity that we experienced a problem connecting to the internet. As elsewhere these days in rural France, it's difficult to find a restaurant for dinner in the evening, which makes the self-catering facilities almost essential.
