Everything good. But the city where the hotel is far from baku

Bad :
First of all it's not near to nizami street.
Toilet was stinking very badly and after asking for room freshner it's was not provided, I had to buy room freshner from near supermarket.
Wc was moving not stable. Jet spray was not operating properly.
Room is very closed no window too open and see the view, no view at all. No latch in door to close, plug points less.
Daily water was supplied, we had to walk to main desk and bring.
No telephone in room so for any room service and rest had to go to main desk.
No one came for cleaning room, had asked for pillow and comforter at night but didn't give and have next day morning after reminder.
Resturant was closed at 7 pm some days.
They don't have card machine so had to go to ATM and get the money to pay to hotel.
Room was stinking too.
Only 1 news channel of English was working.
Breakfast has to go to desk and remind as no telephone was working.
No glass was provided for drinking water.
English speaking and understanding less.
Room was very dark and no good lighting also and was feeling close no view nothing. Can't open windows also.
