The location was great, easy to get to surrounding towns. The size of the property was grea. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.
It was hotter than hell. There is no way to cool the place off. Very few windows with screens. If you opened the windows without screens lots of bugs came in. The siting area is a small couch for 2 so if you wanted to just hang out the others had to sit on hard chairs. The washing machine was dirty. There was no Wi-Fi or tv channels( we have kids that wanted to use it) and it is advertised as having Wi-Fi.
Mostly it was just too hot. The first 1.5 days the heat was on and we couldn’t get it to turn off.

Close location to village of Lecchi (only a few minute walk from property) where an excellent restaurant and an enoteca and small store that provides basic grocery items cn be found, the beauty of the property, the friendliness of villagers of Lecchi
Address of property given on booking.com is incorrect (the address listed on booking.com is actually a house in the village) causing big problems for obtaining key (we arrived after dark and had no way to find property) and deliveries to property (the luggage of one of our party did not arrive at the Florence airport and had to be delivered to property- it was 4 days before he was able to get his luggage). No English speaking of person in charge of property (property owner lives in a different country, Germany) and person we were told to contact in case of problems never answered her phone, contrary to claims on booking.com website and no functional wifi (contrary to claim on booking.com website)-this made it impossible to make reservations for restaurants and tours/tastings at wineries, since cell phone service was also problematial at best. We contacted the owner about non-functional wifi- she promised to have it fixed, but it was never fixed and she wouldn't return our repeated calls.
