The bungalows are family owned and operated. And if I say you can notice you do in the most positive way. Every question answered and solution found for all problems you might have. You could get free shuttles into the village and all of the tours were great too. Loved every minute of my stay.

We loved the family who ran the Green Mountain View. They were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent as well. The trips and taxi’s they organised were good and they were always happy to drive you to the village when you wanted to go. It gave us a real taste of the jungle and what it’s like to live in a tropical rainforest!
Very little, just that because it rained so much whilst we were there everything was damp and soggy, even clothes in our bags that we hadn’t worn and it was hard to get anything dry. A cold shower every day was welcomed when hot, but a bit of a shock to the system when it was raining and cooler.

Lovely owners and staff, always very friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks. Nice and quiet location. If transport was needed from or to the resort it was arranged without a problem.
Not enough hooks to hang up items in the bungalow. Otherwise all great.

Cool setting in the trees, the owners were lovely and the restaurant served good food. They organised a great tour to the lake for us.
In our cabin the bathroom was open air which made it a bit tricky in the pouring rain. There were also a LOT of bugs in there. Mosquito nets had a few holes so it was a bit of a restless night sleep for someone who gets bitten easily.
