Superb

Spacious, clean flat with a nice view from the balcony towards the Baltic Sea. Rather new building very near to the beach (30m) and the town centre (250m) as well as near the train station Ahlbeck Ostseetherme.

Eine sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft !!

Wir wohnten im schönen Möwennest . Alles schön sauber, liebevoll dekoriert und sehr gut ausgestattet . Es waren sogar ein paar Kaffeefilter und kleine Tütchen Salz , Pfeffer und Zucker und ein kleines Fläschchen Spüli vorhanden. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt und ruhig. Alles ist Fußläufig gut erreichbar, das erste Restaurant /Café befindet gleich um die Ecke. Die Mitarbeiter sind telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Kontaktlose einchecken war kinderleicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das einzige was gewöhnungsbedürftig war, sind die Möwen die schon ganz früh gemotzt haben. Aber das ist ein Luxusproblem und da können die Vermieter überhaupt nichts für. Das Phänomen wird man während der Brutzeit immer in Wassernähe haben. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man kaum von dem morgendlichen Konzert . Ansonsten empfehlen wir Ohrenstöpsel. Das würde uns aber niemals davon abhalten, nochmal wieder zu kommen. Wir wollten es nur mal erwähnt haben, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für ein paar entspannte Tage braucht. Tolle Lage in Strandnähe und direkt an der Promenade. Parkplatz vorm Haus.

Es war alles super. Eventuell könnte man noch Plissees an den Fenstern zur Straße hin anbringen.

Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt & man sieht das Meer. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden was man in der Küche so braucht. Sehr modern & gemütlich dekoriert & alles sehr ordentlich. Es sah nichts gebraucht aus.

Ein wunderbares Ziel an der Ostsee in Ahlbeck

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 40 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Bis ins Zentrum von Ahlbeck ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Ausstattung ist gut gewählt und schlicht. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Balkon zur Sonnenseite auf den „Innenhof“ (weiträumig) ist ein schöner Platz zum verweilen. Nicht zu vergessen die Tiefgarage im Haus. Einfach ein ideales Ziel für Selbstversorger. Eine gelungene Kurzwoche. Ach so: Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter bekommt man zwar nicht zusehen, aber sie sind telefonisch immer für einen da und helfen wo sie können.

Das erste Mal im Winter auf Usedom, hat sich gelohnt. Sehr gut für ein paar Tage zur Entspannung.

Lage sehr gut, 2 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Ostsee. Ideale Wohnung für 2 Personen mit Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Sie war sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Blick ist ins Grüne. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.

Es war eine steile Treppe mit sehr hohen Stufen, nichts für Gehbehinderte .

Klasse Lage

Die Lage in zweiter Reihe und der Balkon mit Lage nach Südosten und mit Blick ins Grüne. Die gegenüber liegenden Gebäude waren ca. 40 Meter entfernt. Küche war komplett ausgestattet und die Wohnung nicht abgewohnt! Das Auto hatte einen großzügigen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Hier konnten auch die Räder untergebracht werden. In 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Ahlbeck beim Albecker Hof. Die Schlüssel Übergabe mittels Trrsor an der Eingangstor war perfekt. Nach einer Woche wurden sogar die Handtücher gewechselt.

Dies bleibt zum Glück leer!!!
