Breakfast was delicious. Kim (the manager) vas really friendly, helpfull and also really kind with my children, who played with her child. She helped us organising a lot of trips around and the transport.

This is a cozy homestay within walking distance from the beach. The owners Tuyet and Vui were very helpful and friendly, and had no problem with us borrowing bicycles to take a short ride around town when my kids didn't want to walk. We didn't try the breakfast and the staff had no problem with us eating food from outside in the dining area for breakfast. There is a morning market across the street with fresh fruit; coffee and banh mi sandwiches are just outside the door as well. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids TV channel when they needed to escape the midday sun. The property was clean and guests all respected the shoes off policy. The rooms were reasonably sized for a family of four. We would stay here again!

It was everything that we wanted and Kim and her team were super friendly and accommodating.
The breakfasts were great and the accommodation really good value. Everything close by and a few minutes walk to the beach. I’d highly recommend.
The only thing that I didn’t like was having to leave at the end of our holiday!
