We had a wonderful stay at A Casa di Fabio Holiday House in Bari, thank you Filippo!
From the very beginning, the host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We had requested a baby cot, which was already prepared upon arrival, but what truly impressed us was that the host also thoughtfully provided a high chair without us even asking for it. Also, it was such a relief to find a small welcome treat waiting for us when we arrived, so we didn’t have to rush out for groceries immediately.
Communication with Filippo was excellent! All our questions were answered very quickly and helpfully. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Another big advantage was the convenient outdoor parking space. It was spacious and easy to access, so we could park our car without any stress. The apartment is close to the train station, so even though we rented a car, we chose to take the train to Bari city center one day. Whether you’re renting a car or planning to travel around Puglia by train, the location of the apartment is excellent
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with young children.
If we are to be completely honest, there are two things worth mentioning. The first is the lack of a living room or a indoor space where you can comfortably relax in the evening. However, there is a fairly large balcony with outdoor furniture, so during the warmer season this is definitely not an issue.
The second point is the kitchen equipment: the frying pans are quite old and warped, and the knives are dull. They could use replacing. That said, this is only a minor drawback, as the kitchen is generally well-equipped, and after all, not everyone goes on holiday to cook :)
These two aspects did not bother us at all, but I think it’s worth mentioning so no one is disappointed - everyone looks for something different, and different things matter when choosing accommodation.

Filippo ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom Flughafen, und gut geeeignet für Exkursionen. Gute Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Sofa steht im Gang und eignet sich nicht zum gemütlichen Sitzen. Ein wirkliches Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, man sitzt in der Küche. Es gibt nur Stühle, auch auf dem geräumigen Balkon gibt es leider keine Liegestühle oder gemütliche Möbel.

The place was centrally located and easy access to the beach and train to Bari. There was coffee, tea ,water, cookies and milk so we didn't have to run out for breakfast. Filipo was very helpful.
The pans were a little old but I could cook with them.

L’accueil de Filippo, son dévouement,la propreté l’emplacement et les merveilleux conseils prodigués par notre hôte . Filippo a été très apprécié par nous tous et nous recommandons à tous les quebecois et canadiens qui veulent visiter la région des Pouilles de s’installer chez notre nouvel ami Filippo à Bari.
