Otimo apartamento com bosn quartos e varandas
Ventoinhas nos quartos. Insuficiente para o calor ecnontrado. Na cozinha falta um forno e poderia ter maquina de lavar louça

Jei tikslas-arti orouosto-gera lokacija. Jei norisi tyrinėt miestą-gan toli nuo centro, jei savo transportu. Metro stotelė netoli. Didelis butas. Didelės terasos, bet tuščios, galėtų bent minimaliai įrengti, kad būtų galima gėrėtis. Įsiregistravimas/išsiregistravimas savarankiškas. Privati vieta parkingui yra.
Kondicionierius virtuvėje, o miegamuosiuose nėra. Atsidarius langą labai garsu, neįmanoma miegot, nes gatvėj vyksta gyvenimas. Dėl parkingo-reikia tikslaus įvažiavimo, nes raktas tinka ir požeminio garažo vartams rakinti. Galėtų kiek moderniau būt įrengtas. Vanduo duše vos čiurškia. Voniai reikia modernėt.
