The location is not far from the riverside where the activities are. The price I got was reasonable for the room with AC which produced enough cold air and the staff was friendly.
The rooms really need close attention. There was a little bit of water dripping from the ceiling in front of the bathroom. The room and the bathroom need more cleaning and touching up the walls. The internet was slow that I couldn't get my work done.

The cleanliness was top notch
No laundry facility, at first they put us on 2nd floor with no help with luggage carrying and no internet second day shifted to the room below but this guesthouse is more like a family house and front desk is not trained or welcoming type a big arrogance and hesitation in everything they try to convey. Room and stay was good overall just appreciate if hosts are more accommodating.
