Le Rogheta

This was an absolutely idyllic place to stay, and simply staying here was an attraction in itself. Surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside, it was the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of Tuscany. The traditional Tuscan architecture, beautiful furnishings, and thoughtful attention to every detail made the house truly special. Everything was carefully considered and beautifully put together. The house is reached via a 700-metre gravel road and is surrounded by beautiful nature and incredible views. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is also ideal for exploring the beautiful Val d’Orcia. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan experience.

If visiting in October, be sure to bring some warm clothes, as it can get cold.

La posizione tranquilla immersa nella natura però vicina ai luoghi di interesse,la libertà degli spazi,il panorama mozzafiato,l'accoglienza materna della signora Letizia, le terrazzine,ben 3 nel nostro appartamento, che ci hanno dato la possibilità di pranzare e cenare fuori ma comodi,il silenzio e i meravigliosi cieli stellati..un luogo d'incanto, ma " casa " per vivere un soggiorno di pace. Peccato il poco tempo che avevamo;ci si potrebbe rimanere settimane perché l'appartamento con la doppia entrata, le stanze ampie ben distribuite e il bellissimo giardino rendono il ritorno a casa dopo le escursioni davvero rigenerante. Anche la nostra cagnolina è stata accolta senza riserve .

Trovare un punto a sfavore non è facile,perché il luogo e la casa sono davvero stupendi. Posso solo dire che essendo in mezzo alla natura ci sono diversi insetti che rappresentano una curiosità per alcuni,tipo me,e magari un leggero timore per altri,tipo il mio figliolo fobico. Però solo in esterno ovviamente perché la casa è dotata di zanzariere e solo in certi orari o forse stagioni. Niente comunque che non possa essere risolto con un minimo di accortezza da parte del viaggiatore che sa in partenza che la location si trova in campagna e quindi la presenza di qualche insetto è assolutamente normale.

Hermoso lugar! Una paz y una vista increíble! Ideal para visitar Pienza, San Quirico, Montalcino, etc. Letizia una señora divina.

Very nice place to visit Tuscany - good location. Comfortable two rooms apartment . Good Wi-Fi connection.

Gas is needed for cooking, heating and even warm water but it’s not included in total price :( It’s better to know total price in advance. Starting pack in the apartment is not enough (lack of toilet paper, rubbish bag, soap, etc), but the shops to get it are far away. It would be much convenient to have more facilities in the apartment .
