Very nice staff and aestetic interior
Only 1 power outlet under the table in the room away from the bed. No hot water in the shower - which is especiallt problematic given how cold it is there. Neighbourhood can feel quite sketchy after dark.

Nice friendly welcome and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Good wifi.
They over charged on the laundry by claiming our laundry was heavier than it was (don’t use their laundry service). The shower is cold no matter what time of day. The breakfast is served from 8.30am (which is late anyway) but that actually means 9am because they were running behind most mornings, meaning we didn’t get breakfast most days because of day tours starting earlier. Charge you for leaving your bags which is really unusual in Bolivia.
