    I had a great time. The staff are friendly, rooms are big, cleaned everyday, breakfast could do with some more choice, and be hotter. All staff great except for one girl, I ordered two fried eggs and when a boy brought it to me there was only one, he said she said she not having two and only ordered me one off of the chef. I saw people ordering food through the day and it looked really nice. The pool was cleaned daily. This is a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. It was still well worth the money, as the location is great.

    I have been very disappointed during my stay. I was asked to pay fan as extra as the same as Air -co. Gym was closed and never mention in the booking that gym is not operational. No verities of breakfast given. This is a very bad policy and will never book Palma again much more to recommend it to anyone.
