The staff, especially June at the front desk, were/are immensely welcoming and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the AC is set/locked at 25°, which isn't cool enough for 2 people who are mobile in the confines of the room. So my girlfriend didn't accompany me, but rather remained at home in Nonthanburi.

Great location, room and sheets were very clean, staff were very polite and helped with bags.
There was no fridge and curtains were dirty.
Very small room and washroom, sink is next to the bed.

It was extremely noisy at night with neighbouring parties and karaoke - but expected in the area it’s in.
