One word can be used to best describe Keystone: Energetic. In the winter, three challenging mountains with over 2,200 acres, an 11.5-hour ski day and A51; one of the largest night terrain parks in North America, all contribute to the incredible recreational possibilities. Keystone also offers incredible snow cat skiing, promising plenty of powder turns. Dercum Mountain, North Peak and The Outback are Keystone’s three marvelous mountain playgrounds. There’s something extraordinary for every skier and rider of every level on these mountains. In the summer, two championship golf courses, incredible fly fishing, biking, hiking, one of the largest Mardi Gras festivals in the Rockies, and much more round out the Keystone experience.
Year round, Keystone features award-winning dining and shopping in River Run and Lakeside Villages. Ski under the moonlight, relish the Wine, Jazz, and Art Festival or relax along the seven miles of the Snake River that runs through town. Enjoy gourmet dining at the Ski Tip lodge, Fritz Alpine Bistro, Keystone Ranch or the Alpen Stube.
The Springs at River Run Condo is well located, just steps to the new Vail Resorts eight person gondola in Keystone, Colorado. The location is perfect! There is construction in between this building and the resort, but it is an easy 5 minute walk to the Gondola.

The listing was spot-on. The walk to the lifts was quick (Google Maps still shows a parking lot between the building and the gondola - it's now a large construction site, so you have to walk around) but it's still very close and this unit is on the opposite side of the building so you never hear it. Really impressed by how quiet it was in general. Never needed the management company or owner for anything. Communication with check-in/out, door codes, etc., was great. This is obviously NOT the owner's fault but the building facilities were having a tough weekend: one elevator was broken, the pool table had no working cues, the pool heater wasn't working one day, and one hot tub broke twice. Hopetully that was just an outlier.

Location was great. Construction around the property was loud. The condo could benefit from an well needed update. My 16 year old daughter had allergie issues in the unit. It seemed clean but had a musty smell.
