Чистота, обходительность и дружелюбность хозяйки, близость к морю, цена, тишина. Студия полностью укомплектована всем необходимым и даже больше. Мне очень понравилось, без нареканий. В следующий раз, не раздумывая, сниму эту квартиру еще раз.

Los dueños son muy amables. Me ayudaron con un problema con la llave incluso siendo de noche. Y me trajeron un radiador extra. El piso tiene muchos electrodomesticos. Y es luminoso. Está muy cerca de la playa y de un mercadona.
Las tuberias del baño huelen mucho. La calefacción es del AC y hace ruido. El piso no está reformado pero es la decoración,los muebles y la ropa de cama y cortinas lo que lo hace ver feo y viejo. El colchón se deformaba. Hubiese agradecido que la ropa de cama oliera mejor. Los dueños no hablan absolutamente nada de español asi que la comunicación es difícil. Tuve que insistir muchísimo para conseguir que me dieran una factura al final de la estancia.
