Very private, cosy, and traditional. Facilities were great with everything you could need. Beds comfy with central heating and a real open fire
Nothing in the property and grounds It would benefit a tv for kids at times

Spacious cottage in the most beautiful location. Lots of space inside and outside, overlooking the river and mountains. Brilliant facilities, everything you could need including a large garage with table tennis table and dart board! Cosy and warm inside with excellent central heating- needed in the evenings despite beautiful sunny days!
Attentive hosts who responded quickly to any queries.
Loved the village - found it very friendly with a lovely pub and beautiful walks around Loch Tay. Perfect for our group with two small children.
We will definitely be back!
Can't think of anything!

Great location, lovely scenery and lots to do. The bikes were good enough for a short ride up and down the road. The log fire was really nice on a chilly night. The cottage had everything we needed with lots of bits and pieces around to make it feel cosy and homely. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

Fantastic location; well-equipped kitchen; plenty of space, the pig theme(!); open fire; lovely large garden; great walks from the door up into the hills and along the river, and a short walk into Killin. We would definitely go again, and will recommend it to friends.
Only three kitchen chairs for a house that sleeps 6+ (although plenty of chairs in the dining room). An additional separate toilet would be great.

The setting is gorgeous. We loved the beautiful garden, peaceful and quiet.
The house is nice, we had everything we needed.
The beds were not that comfortable.
The bed base of the double bed was broken.

The location was perfect with lots of space for our family. we had lots of snow and our granddaughter enjoyed making snow men and using the sledge. the cottage was lovely and warm once we
got the heating turned up and the use of the fire was a bonus. lovely and clean and well maintained.
The double bed in the master bedroom could do with replacing for a king and that would be thriving on the cake. TV - we didn’t miss it but if there were older children then they might.

A tv for the kids would have been good but we did have a lap top. Otherwise it was excellent

Fabulous location, comfortable cottage with everything we needed for a family. Large, secure garden. Tree swings and little wooded area to explore. Bikes. Table tennis in the garage.
Village within easy walking distance, well stocked Coop, pubs, chldren's playground and walks from doorstep.
Fabulous drive up to Glen Coe, visited Oban, Kllliecranke, Callender, Castle Rednock Farm for pony trekking and enjoyed a ferry trip on Loch Katrine.
Nothing, apart from the odd midge bite.

Quiet road, next to river. Good location - close to local shops and places to eat. Also close to walking routes around Killin. Beautiful views.
Cleanliness
5.0 / 10.0
This cottage was purely let down by the levels of cleanliness especially in the current pandemic. I spoke with the owner on arrival and again prior to departure in connection with this therefore don’t see the need to elaborate further.

Location, rope swings, bikes and plenty of things to keep us entertained inside and outside the house, with great weather made for a fantastic week
Only minus was no tv but good WiFi meant if we wanted to we could watch TV on our tablet

Wat een top locatie!
Midden in de natuur kun je helemaal tot rust komen, terwijl er genoeg te doen is voor de kinderen. Ook in de omgeving is er voldoende te ontdekken.
