highly recommended esp if you're planning to watch concerts at impact arena, 5mins walk going to the arena, accessible to local food stores outside the condo, same for convinience store, mall and outlets, the room itself is very spacious, kitchen appliances like microwave electric kettle and refrigerator is available, they have plates cups glasses and utensils that u can use, staff provides 8 water bottles as well for 4days stay, place is safe as well, they even have a sofa bed so more than 2 can fit in, wifi connection is good as well, it is very safe as well as you have 2 doors that can be locked at the same time

the building itself is not that new or the city condo type, its a residential so expect seeing and interacting to locals, its not the fancy condo type but still very good accommodation

The place is secured! The host replies fast. The unit is 99.9%same as the photo.

there are cockroach in the toilet, I killed 6. But the room and kitchen doesnt have. Only the toilet.

The only thing i didnt like was a bad smell in the room when i got in!! Rest everything else was perfect !!

convenient, easy access to event halls , food hall Cosmo Bazaar , night markets on weekends

I suggest the washroom need refurbished, renovate, clean up and toilet bowl is cracking up overall need a general renovation.
